Sister Teresa Benedicts, born Edith Stein, was a Christian Convert, who became a Discalced Carmelite nun. When Holland was invaded, all the converted Jews were rounded up. Edith was given a chance to escape, but she chose to follow the Cross, and was executed at Auschwitz.
