Middle Saints - 7th-8th Grade

For the curious! We learn about faith by reading, acting out stories, making sacred objects, examining our own lives, discussing current events, visiting other churches, and engaging in community service.

Middle Saints meets every Sunday morning during the school year beginning at 9:45. For more information, contact Gerry Caprio: .

7th-8th Graders are also invited to join in Confirmation Class, a two-year program where we learn from one another more about:

• following in the steps of Jesus
• finding our own language to talk about our faith
• building community together through monthly gatherings and an annual retreat

In 2018, the first Confirmation Class on Sunday evening, October 14th from 5:00-7:30 pm.

Our High School Youth Program (Grades 9-12) nourishes the discipleship of our youth standing at the threshold of adulthood. Our high school youth group meets on many Sunday mornings and during the week for service, conversation, and fun.

The Youth of Church of Our Saviour put faith into action through service work in the wider community, including:

• Serving those facing homelessness at the St. Vincent de Paul Dining Hall
• Tutoring elementary school children at the Bayside MLK Academy in Marin City
• Packaging food at the Marin Food Bank
• On an annual summer mission trip, building a new home through the Habitat for Humanity program in Taos, New Mexico.
• Serving the life of the parish through acolyting, lectoring, leading services, and helping with Advent and Holy Week programs.
