The Vestry is the primary governing body for Church of Our Saviour.

Vestry & Church

Made up of elected parish members and our Rector, who is president of the body, the Vestry meets monthly and is vested with fiduciary responsibilities and financial oversight of the parish. The Vestry also acts as a council of discernment, advice, and reference for the Rector and church staff and provides consultation and support for parish ministries. Vestry members are elected by the parish during the annual parish meeting and serve for three-year terms.

Any member of the parish is welcome to sit in on regularly scheduled Vestry Meetings, except during occasional executive sessions.

Minutes of the Vestry are publicly available documents under the canons of The Episcopal Church and state and national laws applicable to 501(c)3 non-profit religious organizations. Packets containing these minutes are posted each month on the office bulletin board and minutes are posted on this page.
